When it comes to computer hardware you can't go wrong with me on your team. From running my own computer business for several years to having a passion for how they work, I am experienced at it all. I know how each part works inside a computer. I can take a hard drive apart to repair it. Everything is familiar once I open up a PC.

I have always purchased my own computer from only parts, it saves money and I know what is going into them. With my last computer instead of throwing it away I added water cooling to it. This involved purchasing a CPU copper water block and then a trip to get a radiator, then to pet store for hoses and a water pump. After some soldering I was able to crank the voltage and just play around. This was fun for me, I had doubled the speed of the computer and used it for several years after that!

I can look at a computer and tell exactly what upgrades are needed the most and where maybe some bottlenecks are going on under the hood.
